🚨 Part 107 pilots — your certificate doesn’t get you into FIFA World Cup airspace. ❌
FIFA World Cup TFRs are issued as Special Security Instruction TFRs and carry serious enforcement consequences.
Federal agencies have authority to take enforcement action—including interception, seizure, or disabling of a UAS deemed a credible security threat.
Violations may lead to criminal charges, in addition to civil penalties and certificate action.
Need to fly in a TFR?
Authorized time-sensitive operations require FAA coordination and approval before flight.
Access is typically limited to public safety, fire, emergency response, or government-supported missions.
And remember—FIFA isn’t the only TFR out there.
Check them ALL. That’s just good airmanship. ✈️
