Dr. Davis has over 40 years of experience in entrepreneurial startups related to Aviation, Manufacturing, and International Operations, with extensive experience in China, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Mr. Davis has created and managed facilities and distribution locations throughout Asia. He has marketed and sold products and services in over 17 different countries. Dr. Davis has taught and lectured throughout the USA, China, and South America.

Dr. Davis offers a unique combination of Aviation Management and training, Entrepreneurship, Engineering Management, Law, International Business, and Aviation. Dr. Davis has worked with some of the leaders in the Manufacturing and Aviation industries.

Dr. Davis holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Law, and a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering. He holds an FAA Commercial Pilot License in both Single-Engine and Multi-Engine aircraft, Instrument-Rated, and has extensive experience with FAA Part 135 Charter operations. He also has a Certification as a UAS Commercial Remote Pilot (FAR Part 107) and is an FAA Safety Team Representative.

Appointed as a Washington State Trade Representative (2008-2010) and assisted with developing and implementing international trade, goodwill, and diplomatic efforts in cooperation with the office of the Lieutenant Governor for the State of Washington.

A patent was submitted in 2010 related to lasers and their portable applications. A Second Patent was submitted in 2023 for drone control for pilot stress training.

Dr. Davis was awarded the “Marco Polo” award in 2005 for global success in international business.

In 2020, he was awarded the “Wright Brothers Master Pilot” Award, which recognized his professionalism, skill, and aviation expertise. This is the highest award the FAA gives to civilian and military pilots.

In 2008 – 2010, Dr. Davis held the position of USA Representative of ISPAT, the Investment & Support Agency of Turkey, and reported directly to the Prime Minister of Turkey.

Dr. Davis has created the accredited UAS Technology Program at the Columbia Gorge Community College and is active in their program creation and delivery.
