Randy Moe is a Managing Director at Meridian Capital, a Seattle-based investment bank that provides merger and acquisition advisory services to middle-market businesses. Randy leads the Portland office and is focused on the uncrewed aviation, manufacturing, and food and beverage sectors. Transaction values range from $25 million to $500 million.

Prior to joining Meridian in 2022, Randy was President at Orca Capital, where he joined in 2014 as a Managing Director. Prior to Orca, Randy was a Director in Citigroup’s Technology Investment Banking Group in Palo Alto, CA. Over his 25+ year career Randy has completed over 100 transactions worth more than $12 billion. 

A former Army Aviator, Randy received a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from the United States Military Academy at West Point as well as an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. A native Oregonian, Randy lives with his wife and twin daughters in Portland. He is an avid skier, golfer and overall movie buff.
